By creating an account or using MyPALway, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app. MyPALway is provided by a small team committed to making essential community resources easier to find and easier to act on.

What MyPALway provides

MyPALway is a free life-navigation platform that helps you find local resources and guides you through practical next steps. The app offers:

• ZIP code-based search for utility providers, rental assistance, food pantries, medical clinics, shelters, childcare, and other community resources.
• Personalized pathway recommendations based on your situation and goals.
• Optional guided self-improvement plans with check-ins and progress tracking.
• An optional subscription (MyPALway+) for ongoing companion features including check-ins, memory, and progress tracking.

Not a substitute for professional advice

MyPALway is an informational and navigational tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, housing, or mental health advice. Resource recommendations are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of service availability, eligibility, or quality. Always verify information directly with the provider before acting on it.

If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the US) or a crisis line (988 in the US) — do not rely on this app for emergencies.

Your account and responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it if circumstances change.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Account deletion is irreversible and will remove your journey data.
• You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupt service, or submit false resource reports.

MyPALway+ subscription

MyPALway+ is an optional subscription that unlocks ongoing companion features. If you choose to subscribe:

• A 7-day free trial is offered before your first payment. You can cancel during the trial at no charge.
• After the trial, your selected plan (monthly or annual) is charged automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
• Prices are displayed in the app before you subscribe and may change with reasonable notice.

Resource accuracy and user submissions

Community resource information may come from public directories, organization submissions, user suggestions, or AI-assisted search. While we strive for accuracy, resource details (phone numbers, hours, eligibility, availability) can change without notice. If you find outdated or incorrect information, please report it through the in-app feedback tool or contact us.

Privacy

Your use of MyPALway is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Limitation of liability

MyPALway is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on resource recommendations, pathway guidance, or third-party services. You use the app at your own discretion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
